Manage profiles

Profiles can be created by persons with a special permission. This feature should be reachable (at least) from the personal overview in #5 (closed).

Apart from that, the following actions require some permissions:

• View a profile: Persons with permission, Members of "responsible group" of linked categories, "about person" and "responsible person"
• Edit a profile: Persons with permission
• Delete a profile: Persons with permission
