Suggest creating Kolego absence for the rest of the day when entering absences

After entering an absence in the course book, e.g. using the multiple select in the absence overview, in the dialog, or the single person view in the dialog, we want to:

1. Show a message that the participation status has been saved ("Jane, Max, and Jonathan have been marked as absent.") and a button ("Mark as absent for the rest of the day")
2. If the user clicks the button, a Kolego absence for the rest of the day is created. The Kolego absence should start with the lesson start and should be linked to the participation status as base_absence.
