TODO: users without the permission to edit participation statuses for a documentation should also not be able to see the absence overview page

TODO: click on chips when user can only see own lesson notes should lead to the dialog that already opens when the lesson summary card is clicked

change dialog so that PNs appear as cards & extra marks appear as read-only checkboxes
