is_public attribute of PosterGroup doesn't have intended effect
in case is_public is set to True, the respective PDFs are indeed shown to anyone wanting to access them – but in case it is set to False, only users with a person AND a global/an object permission for the respective PosterGroup is allowed to see the PDFs linked to it
