If the crud-bar is minimal there is lots of space. Add a slot to fill
this space by prepending something. Instead of just appending as is
done by additional-actions.

This is needed for the port of Paeda from the former ObjectCRUDList.

This is analogous to crud-list. But unused in the crud-iterator.
