Manage guardians in frontend

We should be able to create, edit guardians and connect them to other persons.

We can already connect guardians to persons via the edit_person view.

You have to create a person and then connect it to another person.

What else do we want to „manage“ with guardians?

Does this include doing that inline? That is, can I add/edit/remove guardians while managing a person, without interrupting the edit flow?

No, inline editing is not provided yet.
