Firefox app icon not updated

When updating the logo and favicon, the icon used in Firefox for installing to home screen does not change. Tested on a fresh standard installation.

I tested again with a clean install, and see some other issues as well. After updating all the icons through preferences, some files that are included in the manifest are missing from the icon set in /media.

@ZugBahnHof Please test and verify the whole feature.
