Weekdays not translated

In both the timetable and class register view, weekdays are in English although the language is set to German.

Interestingly, the navigation bar on top of the timetable displays the correct translation...

The weekdays are taken from the gettext catalog of libc on the server, so we need to ensure that all locales exist there.
