Remove legacy files from SchoolApps merge

This removes all files that are left over from the original SchoolApps code. ALl of them contain either code that was replaced by a new implementation, merged completely, or depends too tightly on legacy architecture to be of any further use.

As always, everything needed later can still be recovered from Git.
