lanki.cloud is missing

The new name of our software stack lanki.cloud should be presented on the website. Explain that lanki.cloud represents the integration of single software components to each other.

After beginning to write a page for lanki.cloud, I realised that the schul-frei website had to be restructured in order to show the destinction between schul-frei: the project, and lanki.cloud: the product. New Issue(s) related to this will follow soon.
