Fixes, round one

mirabilos requested to merge fixes-round-one into master

Didn’t look too much at the *.md files because they are wider than my screen. If I need to review them as well, reindent them to no more than 110 columns wide (but about 90 is better for legibility) or let me do that (without Gewähr).
