[SMART PLAN] Show week timetable on desktop

If AlekSIS is accessed from a desktop, the week timetable should show on smart plan page.

@lloydmeins What's the current status?

Currently this is the state (the empty timetable is due to lacking data and winter holidays)

But I am running into a problem with the dates, i. e. instead of going to the next day in 2021 the system jumps to 2022.
