After @hansegucker merges !118 (merged), more constance settings can be added that are needed for PWA. Please keep in mind that we should reuse as many things as possible - for example, the school logo should only be uploaded once (or in as few different formats as necessary) and then used in as many places as possible.

We can use https://github.com/vint21h/django-xicon (Thank you, @nik).
