Dashboard widgets cannot be edited

added part::frontend prio::1 type::bug labels

Why?

In the list view of all dashboard widgets there is a way to delete them but no button to edit although a template and view to edit them exists.

But the title of this issue is not exactly true because you can click on the name of the dashboard widget and you will be redirected to the edit view.
